Used Pfaudler 2000 gallon glass lined reactor body. 84” diameter X 108" straight side Welded dished heads. Internal rated 100/FV @ 350 F. Conventional jacket rated 90 @ 350F. Fittings: Top 30" cover with 21" X 17" manway, (2) 2" and (1) 4" agitator nozzle, (3) 4", (2) 6", one with a h-baffle, and (2) 8". Mounted on legs. 4” center bottom outlet. Glass #3315. Original MFR # R160-0794 Repair MFG# R679-8002. National Board # 16441. Equipped with stainless steel (4) pitched blade agitator driven by right-angle 2HP 3/60/208-230/460 volt motor. Glass has lost fire-polish and there is spalled spot in bottom head, but unit passes a spark test, other than one spot on the manway flange face. FOB: Wilmington, NC
