Used Sweco Model MM4-1W rectangular screener. This is a multi-motion separator is designed for liquid/solid separation, which makes it ideal for processes that contain any effluent wastewater application. Unit is able to combine elliptical and liner motion technology. The liner motion can be used where heavy , high volume solids are encountered and allows high g-forces to effectively move dense solids across the screens, with a flip of the switch the motion can be changed to elliptical so that the solids have loner retention time with the reduced g-forces resulting in drier solids, longer screen life and reduced operating costs. Screens changes can be fast and easy. Unit utilizes (4) pre-tension screens giving 26 sq ft of surface area. Has (4) wash bars, once for each screen. S/N 002441-A02/12.
