Used FRC Systems International LLC Model PWL-80 stainless steel DAF Unit. 7'-10" wide X 30'-9" long X 8'-4" tall. PWL series DAF systems are low-built dissolved air flotation separators designed for very high solids loading. The system is equipped with a 90 degree corrugated plate pack zone to achieve a laminar flow for instantaneous separation of rising and settling particles. System uses a specially designed multi-stage turbine pump for air dissolving. Has (2) recycle pumps, one running and one standby. Skimmings are highly concentrated due to full-length variable speed skimmer system with an integrated static grid thickener. Heavy particles are concentrated with bottom auger system and discharged through an auto-operated valve. Rated 330 GPM. Free surface 166 sq. ft. Overflow rate ,2.0 GPM/sq. ft.
