Used Gemco 10 cu ft 316 stainless steel double cone formulator. Cone is 41" diameter X 46.5" end to end. Internal rated full vacuum. Jacket rated 30 PSI @ 250 F. Maximum material density if 65#/cu. Ft. S/N VD-89612. 18" charge port with lid and 6" discharge with manual butterfly valve. Has 2" vacuum line assembly. Blender is belt driven through a small right angle drive connected by belt to a SM-Cyclo Model H3140 gear reducer that is rated for 9.8 HP input with a 3590 torque. Powered by approximately 3 HP 3/60/230-460 volt motor. Internal (4) blade mixer, belt driven by 5/2.5 HP 3/60/575 volt motor. Unit comes with a 20 gallon stainless steel knock-out pot and (1) approximately 8 sq ft stainless steel shell and tube heat exchanger rated 150 PSI @ 400 F on the shell and 15 PSI @ 400 F on the tube side.
