Used Richmond Engineering Co. 16,600 gallon carbon steel horizontal storage tank.  12' diameter X 17'-6" long straight side.  Internal rated 15 PSIG @ AMB.  National Board# 65702, S/N L16807. Welded dished heads.  Top Fittings: 24" manway and (2) 2".  One end has (4) 1" inlets, opposite end has 1.5" bottom end drain. Welded to carbon steel saddles.  FOB: Wilmington, NC
