Used 500 gallon #5015 glass lined reactor.  Model HPJCWVA.  48” diameter X 58” high straight side.  Welded dished heads.  Internal rated 100/FV @ 450^oF.  Half pipe coil jacket rated 150/150 @ 450^oF.  NB# 45904.  MFR# R190-0043.  Equipped with Cryo-Lock type agitator, driven by #4 DTW drive 5/2.5HP, Ratio 1.5-1.  RPM 117/58.5.  H-baffle.  Built 1990. FOB: Wilmington, NC
